Houndstooth Capital is a Real Estate fund and active developer based in Mexico City with projects throughout Mexico with a focus on industrial mid-sized cities and touristic locations. Houndstooth is part of Lexington Capital; a firm focused on Alternative Investments with Investment Banking, Business Development and Private Equity. The team has extensive experience in the economic, political and operational conditions to achieve the success of the projects and maximize their profitability.
Our experience involves all types of asset classes such as residential, retail, offices, hotels and mixed-use developments. We integrate all parts of the life cycle of a real estate project with extensive experience in the field of construction, legal and tax strategy, architecture, marketing, financing and commercialization. This helps us minimize risks and maximize the return on investment of projects.
